One of our favorite holes at the Meadows Golf Club would have to of been the par 5 #15. This hole really makes you use you head and club selection is extremely important. Even though #15 measures 514 yards from the tips, you might not want to hit your driver from the tees. A double dog leg requires accurate shots and pin point control. Your approach shot to a green almost completely surrounded by bunkers gives you a high risk of hitting a trap, but a high reward of successfully making the shot. Bogey is still a great score for this tough one! Another great hole at the Meadows Golf Club would have to be the par 3 #2. Measuring 180 from the tips, #2 requires an accurate tee shot or landing in a sand or water hazard. Past outings and events have logged in an average of 6 or higher on this tough par 3. Not only is club selection important, but watch out for the wind because a few feet here or there can lead to extra strokes. The Meadows Golf Club in Blue Island is your friendly neighborhood golf course. The well trained staff was polite and courteous. They offer a driving range with grass tees to help get you warmed up before your round. There is a fully stocked pro shop to ensure you have everything you need for your round. Make sure you ask about their outing rates and dates of availability.
