Shepherd’s Crook Golf Course Zion

Return to the roots of golf at Shepherd's Crook, a Zion Park District owned and operated layout that offers a passage back to golf's heritage.

Designed by Keith Foster and opened in August 1999, Shepherd's Crook has earned rave reviews as a course that is both challenging and exciting to play. Architect Keith Foster has designed some of the most interesting courses built in the past 10 years.

Shepherd's Crook is a links-style layout that creates a feeling of playing Ballybunion or Waterville courses. The design reflects the golden era of golf course architecture from the 1920s and 30s with bentgrass fairways, tees and greens.

Shepherd's Crook Golf Course offers a wonderful golf experience at a great value. For more information please call (847) 872-2080 or visit our Web site at www.shepherdscrook.org.
